		<description>I started SWG again to check out the NGE from November to January earlier this year. Then I immediately jumped to EQ2. Absolutey EVERYTHING about how the fundamental changes to EQ2 were handled was in direct contrast to how it was all handled on SWG, from time to test, to customer relations, to quality of change when pushed live.

Different teams indeed. We&#039;ve known for awhile how much autonomy each team has, but for me it was really nailed home early this year.</description>
