RSS BITCH DO YOU SPEAK IT?

Mostly, I want to compliment the SWG folks for putting out these developer blog entries on the upcoming pet system rollout. Stuff like:

The Beast Master designs were approved, so we’re good to go!  One of the items that we decided to change was to move one of the expertise boxes up to make it available a little earlier, so I changed my design docs to reflect the change.  I did that while I synced up my computer up to the developer environment we’ll be working in for this publish. 

is so simple and small, but I think it could …maybe… starting repairing the wounds of the past few years.

That said … WHERE THE HELL IS MY RSS FEED? Jimminy Christmas, I don’t understand commercial websites that have blog-like postings, but forgo the addition of an RSS feed. Now, with a situation like this I’m going to see the new posts mentioned on the MMOG news sites almost instantly. Just the same, I basically don’t consider it ‘real’ unless it shows up in my Google Reader feedbox. FEED ME SEYMOUR!

    I thought the same thing. I was browsing that this morning and wanted to add it to my netvibes… does SOE not know that I’m ADD and can’t remember to actually navigate there to check it?

    Every other word out of my mouth at the SOE community summit was “RSS”.. they even started teasing me about it, but I think they heard me at least. We’ll see.
