Mike O’Brien said: "I love having the variety in the Heroes this time around. The way that playing with all those Heroes gives you a little bit of a look into the future of the Guild Wars series."

That sounded very promising from Mike, but unfortunately it doesn't tally at all with the other snippets of information that we're receiving about GW2, eg. that our 3 heros per player are being replaced by a single sidekick who is not even a team member. If this is true, then it will reduce our power of team customization dramatically compared to GW1, an extremely bad step backwards.

I suggest that you press Mike and Jeff a bit more vigorously on this issue next time, because it's very worrying. If GW2 returns us to Profecies-type teams of uncustomizable henchmen, then we're losing the very best of GW1, and once again suffering the need for dreadful PUGs.

Guild Wars, a game i've played for nearly 2 years,
Been through almost every event, and practically done
everything there is, your writing an article
when you probably dont play the game enough to
get what we really want, Guild Wars has made so many mistakes in its own game, Nerfing Skills for no reason
Making foolish masks no one likes, then again not being bothered to make a new one for Dragon Festival 2008,
Making all the things we want in the game Ultra Hard
and vastly long to earn, like FoW armor
Add More Attacks? Add More Power Sources and power ups for your weapon, instead of making them weaker,
"To Many Nerfs Spoils The Game"
One point i could agree with is Rewarding Players when buying gw2 (with money or what have you) after completing that current Campaign, so were not starting completely from scratch!

but i hope for the Best that Guild Wars 2 IS THE BEST YOU CAN MAKE IT

Interesting article, i didn't knew about it. After playing GW, i must say that i have high hopes for GW2. In GW i found one of the best PVE content out there, but the instanced world helped them on this.
