RawkI’d just like to point out that there are some wanna-bes, some second rate acts, calling themselves Rock Bands out there.

There is only one band made up of MMO-playin’ fools that I respect, and that name is emblazoned on the inside of my eyeballs:

Cookies Cake & Pie

    Why don’t you put your money where your mouth is? You’re a lot of talk. Regardless what instrument you play, I’m sure I could pwn you in it. After all, aren’t you too busy blogging here, posting news on Slashdot, and posting on Massively to actually play Rock Band? A rank of 5,000 doesn’t make you a band, it makes you WASHED UP.

    You watch - give it a couple of months and you’re going to be BEGGING to open for us. And I’ll say - “who is the WANNABE now?!”

    You guys talk your talk, but all you end up being is a bunch of cover bands playing in local dives. I’ve played with the likes of the CC King, Johnny Crook and many many others. Keep on playing your Easy Mode Blitzkrieg Bop and let me know when you want to see a real musician and I can hop online.

    Yeah, I’ve been following CCnP for years now. Long before they were known through their big breakout hits, I was following them for years from living room to living room, man. You other bands are weak sauce compared to the old school Zenke and company.

    Seriously man, there’s bands and then there’s CCnP.

    I’m so on the pulse of top notch Rock Band bands that I knew about Cookies Cakes & Pie before they even existed. Rock on, Michael! Show those posers who’s who!

    I spend so much of my time not paying attention to real bands; how am I supposed to find the time to not pay attention to all of these fake bands? *sigh* Life is too hard.

    Can I just auto-follow someone and leach some XPs for a while?
