   It seems reasonably amusing after having read “DM of the Rings” from end to end (thanks to you). There is a similar DM vs. Player vibe to it that works, at least through the first episode.

   It made me laugh, anyway. Of course, so do any number of stupid things. So there’s one solid vote for complete ambivalence.

   More from the dumb column than the funny column if you ask me (which you did - assuming there wasn’t some fine print I missed somewhere above). I get tired of the overuse of these roleplayers cliches that haven’t really been well done since “I attack the darkness”.

   Who is the target audience for this? Roleplayers? Yeah, lets insult their hobby. Non-roleplayers? If I was one I’d certainly be disinclined to look any further into the hobby based on this. Apparantly its made up of sad whining GMs and disruptive griefers. *sigh* Give me Order of the Stick any day.

   I find it very funny, the show has been out for quite some time and these are just redo’s of the old episodes. Reminds me of Munchkins role play game.

   Dumb-and-a-half. Almost physically painful. I did crack a partial smile once, but I think that was due to parts of my brain crying out before facing the cold silence of the void.

   Great production.

   That’s about all the positive I can give it. It didn’t grab me, as funny, or engaging. I won’t be hoping to find future episodes. I don’t hate it either, but it’s not going into my rotation.

    They mock us Michael. You - me…all our kind. We should revile it, and yet… Let’s not be THAT guy and just laugh at it because from what I can remember, I hated THAT guy.

    Funny, with a healthy dose of stupid. I’m deeply tired of the “gamers are whiney” joke. It’s just overdone. But the player taking over is pretty funny. So like a lot of gamer humor it’s a mixed bag.

    Unfortunately I didn’t laugh once. Not even a chuckle. Goes in the not funny column for me.

    Definately dumb. Overdone cliches, didn’t laugh once. Not sure who they’re really targetting as a viewer.

    Would’ve rather seen something play off (mis)adventures in a MMO setting by a couple characters.

    Really really really not good. I just about endured the first episode but it seems to get both longer and less funny each episode, which considering it was too long and too unfunny to begin with leads to a heavy dose of anti-lulz. Avoid.
