Sure, orcs and goblins are kind stupid and violent, but the real core is the Waaagh. It's the intoxicating buzz of orcs fighting, made all the stronger by their numbers. Orc on orc violence isn't even about being violent, it's about the inherent joy of a brawl, fueled by Waagh. War is just a brawl on a really epic scale, paying off in an epic buzz so long as the war chief can keep them pointed in the same direction.
