The ‘big news’ out of BlizzCon today is apparently that there’s going to be a Wizard in Diablo 3. Always liked the Sorc in D2, but this new approach to the ‘DPS-heavy ranged attacker’ seems a lot more classy. I’m holding off on really deciding what I want to play until they’ve announced all the options, but this one is mighty tempting.

Generally speaking I’m quite relieved that they didn’t announce their new MMO today. With the BioWare announcement later this month and all the expansions/patches coming out in the next few weeks I’m not sure my heart could have taken it.
